Don't believe the hype I took my truck in there and told them I thought the rear end was bad (after loud metal clanking and coming to grinding halt). They checked it and called me and said no, rear end's fine, it's your transfer case. I go buy the transfer case myself and have it delivered. Family Friendly and Honest Repair My dealership could never get it right. Goss' garage is run by a family. Once they take on your vehicle you're part of the family. Count on honest, standby their work, repairs. They'll tell you exactly what's wrong and fix it with a warranty. My brother has been using them for decades. He won't let anyone else touch his cars. Goss Garage I have no idea anything about cars. When I need something repaired Im lost. I find that most auto shops have terrible customer service. They really have no idea how to relate to their customers. I love coming because they explain everything very thoroughly and do a wonderful job. Im a big fan of this place.
Highly Recommend Goss for your Repairs After listening to Pat Goss on the radio for years, I decided to take my car in for service. They made me feel important, and never once talked down to me because I am female. They did a very thorough job, and ran all the diagnostics. Extremely Competent and Great Value I've been taking my cars there for years and the service is stellar. My biggest recommendation is don't go in there thinking you've diagnosed the problem correctly and you're bringing it there simply to have them do the repair (actually, don't do this with any repair shop). Simply explain the problem you're experiencing as accurately as you can and let them do all of the diagnostic work and prepare the estimate. Would not recommend I would NOT recommend this shop to friends and family. I took my car to this shop because it had failed an emissions test in VA and exhaust manifolds were getting red hot and because I often listen to Pat Goss on radio. I called his shop to make an appointment, the service advisor, Billy, told me that it would cost around $180 to diagnose the problem. So. I dropped off my car and later received a call indicating that the car was running lean and they would have to spend more time diagnosing the problem. I... read more
Saved me $ Thousands This all began when the Volvo dealer said that my ABS module had to be replaced at an incredible cost. I decided to give this guy I hear on the radio a shot. What can it cost? Turns out that the problem was a $35 relay in the ABS system! Already I've saved over $1,000. Then, the dealer tells me that I need a new A/C compressor.
