I am the service manager for a independent auto repair shop. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. I have to order parts for my customer's vehicles and they don't answer the phones. I literally spent 30 minutes calling back to back and still no answer. This is bad for business, not only is he stopping me from doing my job, but that's the only number on their website, so how are the customers suppose to get in touch with them as far as sells or service. I wish they would answer to talk with a manager about this.
If you serious about buying a car give a Rich Wallace a call . He is a straight forward guy. He will work with you . He promptly call me back , answer my questions and he did not play games like the others I called at different dealerships .
Great people. I shopped 4 Mishy dealers last year. This place has the best pricing and service. Bob, Rich and Robert took great care of me. Kitty and Walker in the service department are great too.
