Excellent! We have used Pat to help us buy or sell houses a total of five times. The guy is personable, kind and has some serious street smarts when it comes to real estate. His background includes a ton of construction industry knowledge so he's able to give advice that an agent fresh out of college couldn't necessarily provide.
