We are from QLD expanding our business into Vic, we contacted Raywhite Cranbourne for rentals available in the Nth Clyde area- Uaina property Manager from Ray white Cranbourne was exceptional, outstanding service, made the process very smooth, and great communication. I couldn't recommend their Real estate more especially how professional and friendly Uaina was throughout the entire process. Definitely 5/5 rating.
The team at Ray White Murray Bridge is polite and professional, which I appreciated. That said, overall, I was pretty disappointed. I was on their highest tier “Elite” package, but it didn’t feel like a premium service. At such a rate, I expected more personalised service. Thanks to Ray White Norwood for managing my investment property so efficiently. They have been absolutely fantastic to work with, providing professional and reliable service at every step. A special mention goes to Maddie, who has been outstanding. She is professional, approachable, and extremely reliable. I truly appreciate how quickly she responds to my queries and keeps me updated, making the whole process stress-free and seamless.
would not recommend doing business with at all, will ignore calls and not recognise outstanding invoices for months to no reply, have tried calling, messaging and email to no avail for 4 months clearly poorly managed and would recommend not wasting your time
This is in with regards to their property management. As I can not review the agent, and that the owner of this office has been involved I am surprised in the lack of knowledge of the Queensland government legislation with regards to healthy homes and the property managers/landlords responsibilities. Would definitely not recommend them as property managers!!!

Worst Experience Ever! I cannot express how disappointed I am with Ray White. They completely failed to live up to even basic expectations. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone and email, no one ever responds. Communication is nonexistent, and when it does occur, it's unprofessional and ineffective.
