Best and experienced realtor in Midland. Pat helped me to find a commercial rental and also my primary home in Midland. Pat has lot of patience to address all my queries.
Shows up late or a scheduled showing. Renters are not notified that he is Kate, or that he will show at different time. Renters in the house have a BLIND DOG ... The realtor allows the dog outside!!!! This man is a disgrace to remax and to other PROFESSIONAL realtors.
