The service department is by far the best around. My truck was having wiring problems and they stuck with it till they got it figured out and really did a great job as far as not cleaning out my wallet when it came time for the bill. The service department is the reason I will come back and buy a new car from them because I know they will take care of it even after the sale.
Zero starts for communication with Mr. Campbell: I was unpleasantly surprised that those types of dealers still exist - rude, pushy, unpleasant, talking over the customers and when you disagree with unnecessary add ons, they take it personal and got offended and walking away after giving you a mean look. I am not recommending or coming back, there are plenty of other dealers who appreciate their customers and act nicely.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Pat Clemons Chevy! We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Pat Clemons Chevy in Boone, Iowa. We were traveling from Texas and found ourselves needing help with our truck on very short notice, with very little time to work with. From the moment we reached out, their team went above and beyond to help us. They were incredibly professional, understanding, accommodating, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They understood that we were in a difficult situation bei... read more
Had a lifter collapse on my 5.3 Silverado. Kyle in service quoted $15k to get the motor replaced after extended warranty said they would cover up to $10k… A dealership one county over has the same quote of repairs for $10k and zero money out of my pocket. Simply price gouging here in parts and service. I do not recommend this dealership for service when you have an extended warranty contract. When told about the price difference, I was advised to tow it to the other dealership for the motor replacement as it sits.. parts wer... read more
Everyone here is friendly and efficient! CeCe was incredible! My boyfriend and I went in to pick out a new car and she assisted us and helped us get approved and go home with a new car all in the same day! I 100% recommend this place and CeCe!
