Bait and switch - they advertised no payments for 90 days; then when we spoke the salesperson said, it doesn't apply to the new vehicle I am looking at... Same with the 0% interest, advertised on the vehicle I was looking at, but then the bad news, it doesn't apply to the vehicle I was interested in So I am not interested in giving this dealer business

Only giving them a one because I can’t give them anything less. The service department is absolutely the worst. My vehicle sat there for nearly 4 months untouched due to the service department not doing their job and checking into any warranty that I had on my vehicle. It was essentially my job to tell them I had it and it wouldn’t have sat there for so long.
