Usually I wouldn't do this, but this is beyond ridiculous. I get migraines frequently & usually go here or to AMC & receive a shot of Toradol for my migraines & they go away. Well not today. Today the Doctor refused. She kept repeatedly telling me they do not prescribe pain medication there. I never once asked for her any & repeatedly responded I am not here for pain medication I am here for the Toradol shot I ALWAYS receive for my migraines. Definitely will be calling their manager on Monday. Very very rude experience!
During a recent ED visit for RLQ pain, while screaming and crying in pain, it took the Dr 4+ hours to order Toradol. Which done absolutely nothing. Another 2 hours to order something stronger to help with the RLQ pain. I was told I'd have some imaging done and labs. I was never informed of my lab results. After the initial imaging, 2 others were ordered. About an hour later I was told they seen something, but wasn't sure what. All the while still in immense pain.
