My mom ordered flowers over the phone for my grandma’s birthday from the number here. Grandma didn’t receive them and mom called and they didn’t answer. She sent me to go pick them up and the building looks like a coffee shop but doesn’t look like they sell flowers. I arrived at 6pm and this page says it’s open till 10pm. My mom will be reporting this to her bank and doing a chargeback. Be careful buying anything through here. It looks like it used to be a flower shop but someone took over the the google listing

I assure you, I will not seek flowers from any other place. The florist was exceptionally kind and professional. She arranged the flowers for my parents' wedding, and they looked absolutely stunning in the photos. The customer service, communication, and product quality exceeded my expectations. Would and have recommended to anyone and everyone! 🤍
This place sucks. Like the rest of the reviews, I ordered for same day delivery. They sent an email saying they delivered the flowers almost two weeks later. 12 days. Who delivers flowers 12 days after the fact? But, the flowers were never delivered. I tried calling, they didn't pick up. I left a voice message, nothing in return. No notification of the delay or why, but I was still charged. The occasion was missed by a longshot and there was no compensation. They basically steal your money. My mom ordered flowers from here when my pet died and for my birthday. The flowers were never delivered. They never showed proof of where they send said flowers which was not my home and they did not refund her money. We have cameras at the exterior of the building. This company never came to my house with a delivery. We were also home the day the supposedly delivered them. They took advantage of my mom who lives out of state. Go anywhere else.
