The lack of any customer service, accountability for a complete disaster of a custom cake that was incorrectly done, and the fact that it still cost me $67 with no actual refund is unbelievable. I was there today. my grandson who is 5 plays ice hockey and was admiring the Christmas tree. my grandson is number 87. I asked if they sold these. this wonderful young lady came out and told gio to pick one and he can have it for his tree. merry christmas. I was in yesterday for the first time. Everything looked amazing. I bought several kinds of thumbprints and those awesome taco pizzelles with the cream in the middle. They were absolutely incredible. I’ll surely be back to test out the other goodies!!
This cake may look good but it was stale and cost $27.95 - the management said there was nothing they could do when we brought the matter to their attention - completely unacceptable customer service. Won’t be going there any time in the future-used to get a lot of our cakes there but will be frequenting Bethel Bakery from now on ☹️
Pasties A -La Carte made the most beautiful wedding cake for my wedding. It was so perfectly decorated to the point everyone thought it was fake. Very professional and excellent service!! Thank you , thank you, thank you!
