I had them do a birthday cake for 50 people. Everyone loved it and wanted to know where it came from. It was fresh, moist and beautiful. It held up in all the humidity that we had on Saturday. Thank you for making our day even more special.

Pastries A La Carte was the only choice when I was planning our wedding in September. Kathy was the very first person during my planning process that made me feel like a bride. She created our wedding cake that was beyond my expectation!
