After thoroughly cleaning the apartment, appliances, baths, etc. and shampooing the carpets, these people had the gall to keep the security deposit AND hand us a bill for the stuff that WE did. I would, most definitely, warn anybody away from using these people. Repairs were never made in a timely manner, if at all, when the office was called. Their maintenance people would have to come back several times, to repair problems, when they did come. And these same people, did the final walk thru. What a joke! It is my opionion t... read more
