If there is ever a heavy snowstorm, don’t expect them to plow for DAYS. Leaving many people and essential workers stuck. They don’t even try to make an effort.
Renting from this company was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I lived in Alpine Village for three years. I begged management for nearly a year to crack down on smoking cigarettes and weed in the building(all buildings have been smoke free for over a year.) Great place to live if you don't want security cameras but you do want spotlights shining into your bedroom
I have been working with Aileen in hopes of securing a one bedroom at Laural Springs and she has been awesome. From the very beginning talking through text Aileen was very positive, helpful, and friendly. When I went to meet with her face to face to view two different apartments a studio and a one bedroom she was very patient, kind, and thorough when it came to giving information and answering my questions. Riedman and the construction crews have expedited the balcany remodeling and they turned out great! The new remodeling of the buildings are looking good! Great improvements to the Town Hall terrace apartments, the office staff have improved their friendly attitude MOST of them. I happy to say with my new balcany completed im a happy tenant again! BRAVO to the construction crew job well done 🙂 i have improved their star rating to a fair 4 stars
