Is there an option for 0 stars? My wife and me showed up for our appointment on time only to wait in the waiting room for a half an hour and leave. I have never been a no show by a counselor before. Not even a phone call. The car ride phone became an even divisive issue about being a no show as well. Worst counseling experience ever. Never been disrespected by behavioral healthcare professionals before. Do not recommend. They don’t value your time or issues.
This is a great place that I recommend to my church parishioners if they are in need of premarital counseling, or have other counseling concerns.
I have been working with one of the counselors from the practice and I could not be more grateful that I found this practice. My counselor has helped me to work through a rough spot in my life. I am certain that I might not have survived this depressive episode without the guidance and help of the counselor.
