I waited for a month for an appointment. I filled out all the forms, called in my credit card, confirmed my appointment then and waited. Today, I go into the portal to learn how to connect and there was no appointment! I called at 4:05 and got a recording that it was after hours. They close at 5. Very rude office staff. I prefer a female counselor and they have about a billion female counselors at this facility according to the website but they said very rudely that I cannot see ANY of them and that they could not help me. That frustrated me because it’s like finding a good counselor is not an option in Texas. UPDATE as of august 5th they took care of my issue very thoughtfully I recommend this place to anyone in need of counseling services

Very unprofessional from the beginning. Still scheduled the appt just to get told my appt was cancelled 5 min before arrival after waking my 4 month old from a nap and driving 40 min. Very frustrating. They wanted to reschedule my appt 3 weeks later. Not worth it. So disappointing… won’t recommend to anyone.

Could care less if you miss an appointment because you were admitted for emergency situation. That'll be a missed appointment charge for you. Thank you for caring for mental health.
