Good family owned business – I have been taking my vehicles to Pastor's for many years, I have also used their truck rental service. They are definitely a business that I trust and I will continue to use them for my car servicing needs once my vehicle warranties run out it doesn't pay to have service done with the dealerships. Also they have a Carl's Junior, A convenience store, a great coffee bar, a gas station, and a Car Wash!
No Concept of Customer Service...Avoid at all Costs – I went to rent a truck and was told prior to renting to not worry about topping off the gas tank. When I went to pay they charged me for more gallons than I used at an excessive rate despite explicitly telling me not to worry about it. They admitted to me that they charge extra gallons per mile because people stole fuel from them.
