If you're an elderly person looking for a clinic, don't even consider Las Mercedes. It's the worst clinic of all. The customer service is nonexistent. A relative went there for an X-ray while in pain, and they took the X-ray but never sent it to the radiologist. The X-ray was lost after four days, and even with the pain, they told her to come back for another one because they didn't have the first one.
