As a violation of HIPAA as well as Texas being a one-party consent one of the billing employees Linda placed a audio and recording camera in the billing office while they were not at work and no one was aware. This camera was found and reported, who knows what information was obtained by this individual that was not fired but is now working from home and still has access to all banking information. This is a well run medical practice. Front office staff members are courteous and efficient. Each physician seems to have an independent practice, so I am able only to address my experiences with Timothy Hernandez, MD. He and his assistant, Clare, are top notch. All my concerns are addressed and I have never felt rushed or dismissed. The annual concierge fee is reasonable and well worth it.
