I have my mom at this clinic and its a disaster. My mom is healthy and have never needed big services. But now she needs an MRI and it has been one nightmare after the next. We have been waiting for a month for a STAT MRI and today Pasteur and the diagnostic center changed the appointment last minute without notifying us; then made us travel between centers to have it done, then canceled again when we were already at the second location ready to have the test done and have paid for parking. La clínica de Kendall ( 147 Sw y Kendall Dr), años atrás tenia una atención sistemática, seguimiento y empatía con los pacientes, el crecimiento de los enrolados terminó con estas buenas características. Señaló algunos ejemplos de deficiencias como: appointment programado para mamografia, no se comunicó a tiempo la suspensión, en 2 ocasiones la paciente perdió su tiempo y gastos de transporte propio yendo en vano al lugar.
