They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was so impressed by their office equipment. Everything was state-of-the-art and so sophisticated! I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this gastroenterologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
