I needed 2 cables that I was able to find on their website. I ordered them and paid a $125 overnight charge, only to receive 1 of the 2 cables. I had to call them to find out why I hadnt received my 2nd cable and was then told it was on backorder. I feel there could have been a lot better communication here. If you see a overnight order and you don't have both items, I would think a courtesy call advising me the item is not in stock would have been warranted. Been ordering from them for over 10 years; never had any problem or issue. I email my order and arrives in a day or two since they are in Irvine. Confirmations are sent to me consistently. Website is easy to use. Never had any invoice discrepancies.
Sales experience was average. Customer service was horrible. The service does not understand how to read internal quotes, service orders or invoices. My order was wrong and they failed to install the ends as paid/requested. I had to go to another vendor to resolve the issue. Will never use again! I have to leave negative reviews. The nagging emails and calls denying responsibility and failure to resolve the issue internally and in a timely manner are justify the 1 star review. Buyer BEWARE!
Fast shipping, great customer service, and some high end quality parts. As a radio and electronics enthusiasts, I drool looking at their line-up of parts and supplies. I have found some of the highest quality parts that I have ever seen. They kind of tailor to businesses and contractors and the quality and service they provide I feel is outstanding. I just wish that I was rich so that I could purchase more supplies from them. Browsing the Web site is one of my past-times.
