It is great to eat here and sit out on the patio in front and people watch. The food and staff are friendly.
Great Service & Fair Price While I lived in Livermore I would eat at Trattoria about once a week. Now that I am back in San Diego, when I drive through eat there about 3 time a year. This is a great place and the food is aways fresh and good. The location is prime, I always ask for a window table just to people watch.
We have never had a bad meal here, and the service is always good as well! We have dined here many times and have brought many friends to this establishment, and have never had any complaints! Go in the spring / fall and you'll get a table outside, inside seating is also good, although their bar is a bit small. Drinks, food, vino, it is all good with decent pricing!
Pasta's Trattoria is a hometown hit Pasta's Trattoria is located in the beautiful downtown main street in Pleasanton. It is usually pretty busy so a reservation always helps. The cocktails are great and so is their food. They tend to have great specials. You get a lot of food for the price. They have a nice outdoor patio that faces the main street which is perfect for a romantic evening.
A pleasant find in Pleasanton – My girlfriend and I were searching for a place to eat on Main St. and decided to go to Pasta Trattoria because it was the closest to where we were parked. high brow Pastas Trattoria is located in the picturesque downtown area. This restaurant has an appropriate setting for a romantic dinner out for couples. The atmosphere is pretty elegant and patrons are usually dressed somewhat formally. It is pretty expensive. The best feature is live music, they hire a band to play on the weekends and they usually play something jazzy or pop/rock music from the 80's, the kind of music that appeals to adults.
