Food was excellent, however service was APPALLING. I am from Australia, and am in Syracuse for my internship I have heard only great things about the place, however I was disappointed by the experience. .Standing at 6 foot 3, I would expect to be quite visible to everyone in the place, especially the employee taking orders, however this was not the case. I watched an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives last night that featured Pastabilities. I immediately planned a 275 mile motorcycle ride for today to Syracuse. It was well worth the ride. Lunch was absolutely delicious! I will be back!
A coworker recommended Pastabilities, so we went there for my birthday this past weekend with 3 other friends. It was fantastic. The Fat Girl was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten and I was impressed that after 50 years on this planet, I found a place that makes meatballs EXACTLY like my mother. I only visit the area once a year and cannot wait for next year. I may have to make a 2nd trip this year. The desserts were excellent as well. I cannot stop talking about my dinner. Thank you so much for such a wonderful meal.

My fiancé and I decided to dine at Pastabilities after seeing the restaurant on Diners Drive Ins and Dives. We took the 5 1/2 hour drive to investigate the hot tomato oil as well as the stretch bread while on vacation. Great meal...we had an assortment of entrees and the kids loved them...lasagna and fettuccine alfredo amongst them. Their bakery is across the street and the bread is awesome. I used to pick up a gorgonzola bread that was ridiculously good but I don't know if they still make it or not.
