Our first experience was a fail. I knew we’d have to wait a long time for a table. I was fine waiting the hour and half we were told. But, after 2 hours and 10 mins you can say I was not impressed. Once we finally were sat down, literally up against the cold window and draft we were able to order. My food came, extremely dry, asked for more sauce. Still not great. Yesterday was my first time ever at this restaurant! The service was so so but the food was AMAZING!!!! Not much room where we sat as there was my chair and the table behind us were touching. However all that aside the food made up for everything that could’ve been better! Highly recommended no more Olive Garden for me ever again!
We had the best first experience at Pastabilities last night. There was about a 10 minute wait and then we ordered shortly after sitting down. I guess the food took longer than usual for them to bring out. We didn’t notice as we were in no rush at all. The manager (really wish I could remember his name) came out to apologize after our waitress Bridget had already apologized. Referred here by lots of people for our overnight in 'CUSE ... we were not disappointed ... great food, great service, reasonable prices. Oh - and the calamari was fantastic! Only downside is we were too full for dessert!

This place not only had awesome food and a fantastic atmosphere the customer service was exceptional! My husband and I received a discount because the hostess felt we had to wait to long for our dinner. We hadn’t even noticed the time we were just enjoying each other and the vibe of the place!!! Loved this restaurant!!!!

Amazing!!!! Can’t wait to go back again!!! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome! Waitstaff was great and the food was outstanding!
