Terrible service this past Friday evening. Will go to the Festus location from now on.
We frequently eat at this Pasta House. Went in today and right away I could tell the server that sat us was having a bad day. They did manage to get our drinks but continued to let us sit there and never taking our order. A few more tables came in, they bussed a few tables and then proceeded to go to a table that came in well after us to take their food order. We walked out and not one employee said anything to us. There are a lot more dining establishments in the area so it will be a while before we come back here.

RecommendedMy first time to the pasta house and everything was delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone!
great visit.my only complaint would be that I ordered spaghetti and meatballs for my son who is a toddler and the plate was tiny and the spaghetti was toppling everywhere and he had a great time making a mess while we drink wine and ate good food
Awesome food, good service but food was a little slow understandable at lunch rush hour.

Great time at the Great Pasta House — with Marilyn Morgan Berry.
Shrimp was over cooked and it was drowning in an awful tasting sauce. I realize, this is a spaghetti and pasta place, but don’t offer other items if they cannot be cooked properly! Very high priced for 7 pieces of shrimp and a salad. Don’t over cook the shrimp and put the nasty sauce on the side!
Today was our first time at the Pasta House Co and despite it being during the lunch rush our server, Katie M, was so wonderful. Polite, happy, and very attentive. Filling drinks without being asked, bringing extra rolls, answered any questions we had about the menu, and managed to do all this despite having a full section of people to take care of.
