I have to edit my review because the service has gotten much better the last few times I have ordered and picked up food here. There were issues earlier this year when I places online orders, that the orders were never ready at the pickup time (I was always waiting 10 to 20 minutes beyond), even for just a salad. And there was one visit when I ordered a salad online and got no rolls. Emily provided excellent service for my wife and I. The food was excellent as well. No issues!!!
Skip Pasta House and go to Fazoli’s, the food will be higher quality, more consistent, better portion sizes, at a fraction of the price. I won’t be going back.
Liz was our waitress and she was great. Very friendly and helpful, we will ask for her next time too.
