Wonderful dining experience. Lost count of all the courses and had to have dessert.
I didn't realize there was no menu but no matter, it just made the whole experience more interesting. And I must say, the food was absolutely delicious! One of the best meals I can remember. If I'm ever back in Seattle, I will definitely make a return visit to Pasta Freska.

This was my best dining experience EVER!! As a person who is celiac with food allergies I'd normally not be comfortable having a restaurant decide the food - but WOW! This was such an amazing experience!! They brought out course after course and asked what about my allergies and what I do and don't eat and made it for me. It was so amazing!! and SOO good! The environment and experience is undeniably the most fun I've ever had for dinner. GO! <3
