If you are looking for traditional Italian food this is not the place, it’s more fusion like...We were unaware of their “style” of you “get what you get”based on whatever is on the menu that day...like I said , we were just looking for good traditional Italian food. We are picky about Italian food as we have family in Brooklyn, NY and hubby is FBI, thus it was disappointing for us plus we couldn’t tell what was being served until biting into it because each dish had sauce and cheese covering the surprise item. We love coming to Pasta Freska with groups of friends. Mike is awesome and always welcomes us with a big smile! The food is always terrific and varied, and Mike is a genius with sauces. There’s just something so fun about not knowing what you’ll be eating OR which wines will make it to your table.
