Stop in for lunch. On a rare slow day, it's like you bought out the place for a couple hours. I guess it's inevitable when you come here once a week. Luckily, Nick is good company. Busy or slow, the quality service matches the quality of the food, and will provide a pleasant diversion for as long or as little as you want to stay. A gem all-around.
Would have been nice if my husband didn't wait on hold for six minutes to then have to call back and have Tom figure out it would take an hour for a take out order. I get it- it's busy but the people answering the phones are the first impression of your business-and the way it is run. If the employees are not fully informed, it comes off as being disorganized and lacking in customer service. We wouldn't have waited on hold for that long if we didn't love the food but c'mon you guys aren't new!
