I called and spoke with Nick. I asked if they would honor my $100 Living Social promo for takeout. He not only told me no... he hung up on me. Granted, I did say he lost a client (clearly he doesn’t care) but in today’s world, to not honor this offer when I explained I suffer from asthma and have been advised to NOT sit in a restaurant- it just shows such poor judgement and a complete lack of customer service. Everybody’s having a tough time during COVID-19 and I had purchased a Groupon which expired while everything was closed down. This restaurant has chosen not to honor the full amount which is a shame and not the right thing to do because I enjoyed going there. Their excuse is that it’s Groupon‘s policy. That might be the case but they could’ve done the right thing because other venues did the right thing.
