The finest Italian Food – I love this place. The food is great, the service is top rated. I go as often as I can. I have recommended Pasta Brioni to many people and they always thatnk me afterwards. I have brought groups and the service still remains the best.
Ho, hum. – Very mediocre Italian fare. The house Chianti is certainly the best part, but the pasta which should always be al'dente is basically a wet noodle. And the tomato sauce is over sweet and does not taste fresh. Meatballs, mush. For me, if you can't at least prepare spaghetti & meatballs well, forget it. I suppose this would pass for Italian-American food, but don't expect fresh tasting, authentic Italian style cooking. However, the staff is friendly and accommodating.
Outstanding food with matching service! – We went to Pasta Brioni expecting pretty good Italian food. We ended up getting fantastic Italian food AND excellent service! As soon as we walked in, the server informed us about the 1/2 price dinner menu and house wines is we were to eat at the bar. It is every Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. Favoloso – On a one to ten scale, this place is a 12! Waiters are fantastic, ambiance is great, and the food is to die for. Prices are very resonable, too. This is a hidden treasure. Great place for a first date! If you want true authentic Italian food, this is the place hands down. My Favorite.
