Can't Beat it... – Pasta Bella gives you an experience you truly will never forget. Located in such a prime location on top of Queen Anne, this cozy Italian joint will keep you coming back for more. It is such an ideal place for a wonderful date with dim lighting, a tasteful wine selection, and you must try the eggplant! There will always be a place in my heart for this restaurant.... Thank you! perfect spot – I love this place! The food is amazing, the service was great and we felt like our money was very well spent. The other reviews prepared me for a mediocre experience, but this place is fantastic.
Horrible Experience! – I made reservations for 8 on a Friday. From the reviews I thought it would be a great experience. I was wrong. The reservation got us the worst table in there. There were cute booths but we got a little table in a space no table should be. Waiters were rushing past us the whole night and the floor and the table would shake. Am I nuts??? – I've lived in Seattle for nearly 8 years and I've never visited Pasta Bella until yesterday. I AM NUTS for not trying it sooner. Amazing dishes, fantastic service. We will definately return....especially for outdoor seating.
Best restaurant in Seattle – My boyfriend and I both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I had the gorgonzola walnut stuffed spinach ravioli and it was to die for. Seriously, it was that yummy. I would strongly recommend this restaurant!
Romantic and Wonderful – Whether it is the Queen Anne or Ballard location, you can't go wrong here. The food is excellent and the restaurant is charming. I strongly recommend the dish Pollo Agrodolce - it is chicken and pasta in a sweet sauce that is to die for. Prom Night – For my junior prom I brought my boyfriend and other friends here. The food was amazing. The place was beautiful and fit the event! Actually I'm taking a date back tonight because I had such a good time!
good food and romantic too! – My boyfriend and I ate here last night and were delighted with the romantic atmosphere, good service and good food. The sauces are extra-good; the mark of a good chef. The kitschy-Italian decor (Mona Lisa and garlic hanging from about 50 strings in the hallway??) threatens to make the atmosphere too cheesy for sophisticated diners, but this is countered with an ample number of lit candles and roses, and along with the fireplace, these touches warm the atmosphere up to romantic.
good food but SLOW – don't eat here if you're really hungry - you'll starve before a morsel of food hits your plate. once the food comes it's good, and the menu selection is nice. but it's hard to get too excited when it takes forever to get your food. if you're in the mood for a leisurely meal, summer is a great time to try it - they have a wonderful patio.
