My daughter buys most of her boots in this store. She bought me a jacket for Christmas that was way too big. I live an hour and a half away and didn’t have a car until Jan 28th. Took it back and they would not exchange an 85.00 jacket for smaller or another item. Was very disappointed as I had messaged the store 2 weeks before about my car trouble with no respond. Just feel they could have made an exception! Would love to shop there or get a gift card from there for future purchases but think I’ll pass!

Today was my first experience with Past & Presents Boutique. Absolutely will be first of many. This is a beautifully merchandised shop with many varieties of gifts and clothing. Unique items and outstanding attention to detail. Great place for unique gifts👍
I am fairly hard to fit in several ways. Carol was so incredibly helpful! She knew her stock, understood my taste and, most importantly, my body style. Left with more flattering, fun and original dresses than I've been able to find in years. Wonderful experience! Next big occasion I'm just going in and let Carol dress me! Thank you so much!
