I have a hard time believing any of these positive reviews are not paid for by the company and/or are being posted by non-existent customers. My experience was awful. I paid $429.00 for a 12-day passport service. Less than a week later, I received an email and phone call saying the overnight FedEx package was 'being held' by FedEx and that my passport application (only good for 5 days) would expire before they got it. I placed an order for an expedited passport on April 20, 2023. I called not even thirty minutes later to cancel my order, and someone told me that I could receive a refund; however, I believe the person I spoke to said $50 would be taken for some cancellation fee, and it would take 14 business days. Since then, I have been trying to get into contact with this company several times a week, and no one answers or I get told that it would be pushed to an urgent refund. Total scam. They take your money and then are impossible to reach. I'm having to dispute the payment with my bank. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

They were great. I paid for a 4 week visa and go it in 2 and a half weeks. I was a little worried because they have some bad reviews but they couldn't have been more pleasant, more healpful, or more efficient. Great job!

I was promised a full refund of my 4-day expedited passport, and it's been three months since then. That's almost $800. I'm a college student so this is a very large sum for me. It was promised within 5-7 business days. I thought they were very professional and concerned with the success of my passport and my trip. They were doing wonderfully, we were communicating, and everything was honest and solid. CAVEAT EMPTOR (Buyer Beware)!!! DO NOT use this service. They are scammers and liars. After paying for expedited service two times, they totally failed to deliver on anything. My account manager (who happens to be the owner apparently) then ghosted me. After having to move my trip because they totally and utterly failed to deliver, I had to go directly to the US Dept. of State to get my passport. 8/14 I contacted the company and explained I had travel plans for 9/12. We went with the 15 day service as that would have my passport back to me on 9/6. I was assured at the time that this would not be an issue and I would indeed have my passport back by 9/6 if not earlier. About a week later I got a call and was asked if I wanted to go with the 7 day service for another $250. I should have known at this point that the company is a scam or poorly ran at best.
