I had previously decided not to engage with Passport Toyota in any capacity after a negative experience in 2023. Unfortunately, following the total loss of my vehicle on 4/4/25, it was brought to their collision center. When Kaila reached out to schedule a time for me to retrieve my personal belongings, I responded that Wednesday would work best, but I never received confirmation. I brought my car here over a month ago someone hit my car it took so long to fix and after they said it’s fixed my car is worse than before and i came back and told him that my car is shaking when I drive and my front bumper is broken they guy wasn’t even listening so i have to tell Justin he is very respectful and takes action quickly but my car isn’t fixed after one and half month I think he’s name was Morgan I don’t recommend this passport collision center to anyone They will not fix your car good at all my horn is not wo... read more
