The work they did seems fine, the paint touch up is a bit on the light side but it's not really noticeable. I had a warranty/recall issue with my 2026 Supra, the driver's door was rubbing on the hood and caused the paint to chip off. They initially told my service liaison that it would take 3-4 days, but once dropped off it ended up getting pushed to a week plus. Not a big deal. Courtney Morgan was the absolute best. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. And walked me through the entire process.
Make sure you drive all the way in from the service road. Its a big place.
No complaints...work was done as required ...Great Customer service ..Accidents do happen..if y'all have Nissan products put your car in their hands .....and they will be happy to meet your expectations
