AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They do not pick up the phone or call back when they say they will. This company is extremely unprofessional. Their work was full of errors for the entire process, including superfluous fees that were removed. We recently closed on the sale of a house in Baltimore and confirmed with Baltimore city receipt of payment in the amount of $2,745.56 on 07/25/2025 (prior to closing).
