We arrived for a maintenance check in. To our amazement the contract had expired. When we were there last year we were not told we were on an extension of the service. To our shock and dismay 1800 dollars was expected to be shelled out. In order to begin a new contract and service for the day. We were informed that reminders are not sent to alert us of the expired date. That is all well and good to be expected of this profession.
