Contacted to bring car in for oil change, made appointment week in advance. Got there 30 minutes early. After waiting almost an hour was told they did not have an oil filter for my car. They offered complimentary car wash, waited 20 more minutes for that and it wasn't even washed when they pulled it back around. They also seemed confused as to what oil filter my 2025 Mazda, that I purchased there, even used. They offered no solutions or compensation, and I drove home at rush hour with nothing but wasted time to show for it. ... read more

Ally took such good care of my 2016 mazda and the wait time early in the morning was good for the work I had done. She was curious and nice and helpful. And the car even got washed after. Not too busy and overall will be bring back for big jobs! Thanks Ally
