The service department staff are always welcoming and attentive to your needs. I can always rely on my advisor, CJ Neal, to keep me inform, present solutions to problems, and just be personable. During my recent visit, CJ was busy; so he had Thomas assist me with signing out a loaner. Though I walked around the car, it felt like Thomas did a 5-point inspection of the vehicle to ensure no previous scratch or ding would be charge to me. I thoroughly appreciate this high level of customer service.
