Dana Shawish is amazing!
My wife brought our car in today for an oil change. She arrived 15 minutes early to a 10 o'clock appointment. It was a wait in the lobby appointment and was assured when the appointment was made it shouldn't take too long. The oil change was not completed until 3 hours later. Why offer appointment times if it doesn't ensure service is completed in a reasonable amount of time?
I've taken my CX-5 here since I bought it new back in 2020. I've always trusted the staff and technicians with my car, but at my most recent service, a few things stood out to me that I really didn't appreciate. The service advisor scrolled through my service history and arbitrarily recommended an intake cleaning; I declined because that's a waste of money especially when using top tier gasoline. Overall my experience was great wait time was delivered without delay for this complimentary oil change. I didn't give 5 stars because I was offer a car wash that was very lack luster as it appeared to only a wipe down as I could see where the clothes wash used which stood out because the missed areas stood out like a sore thumb so it required me to take my vehicle to an actual car wash to finish the job but other than that yeah 4 stars
