Made an unscheduled stop in to see if I could get a recal for my infotainment system could get updated. They were able to fit me in and provided a quick turnaround. I received a video on my phone from the technician showing what they had done. Overall the experience was great. The waiting area and staff there are amazing.
My customer service repair specialist, Selena, was Awesome. She was Professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I have no complaints with her. However, I was concerned about the cost of my repairs because my vehicle is only 3 years old. I was not anticipating putting $1200 into a vehicle this soon.
Great service and care.. I received a personal call when my vehicle was due for service. That made it easy for me to make arrangements. The technician took some time to ride with me so I could demonstrate the issue. Thankfully, that time it happened again lol. The whole team was great, to include CJ Neal. My experience was pleasant. Services provided was covered by the maintenance plan previously purchased!
