We had a wonderful experience at Passport Health! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They provided us with thorough information and made sure we felt confident about our travel health needs. We were able to get all the necessary immunizations for our entire family in just one visit, which was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend Passport Health for their excellent service and expertise!
The office was clean, the staff were informative and kind. They provided clarity to what we asked, gave us information on all recommended immunizations that we should have gotten, and did not pressure us for things we did not. Had a nice time watching as the new hire was being trained with on the job training anf being guided only when she needed help, or got stuck. Went for a consultation and vaccine, booked a slot at 3:45 ahead of time but waited a full hour without being seen so I had to cancel the appointment. What's the point of having the option of booking ahead?? And furthermore the rescheduling if 10 or more minutes late? Don't waste your time.
Very clean, efficient service. Julianne is so friendly. We had been to get the polio vaccine for my mom for immigration purposes. She explained everything so nicely and we were in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend for ease of service. Will definitely go in future for travel vaccinations if I’m going abroad.
