Very rude. I felt disrespected on the phone with their staff. Please work on customer service etiquette. I will not mention her name but she know who I'm talking about.
One stop shop for all your travel needs. Vaccines are mega expensive but if you've got the money, they'll hook you up.
I was pressed for time because my travel was in a few days. I am glad to have found passport health. Given that I am immunocompromised, I appreciated the thoroughness of the nurse. She took the time to make sure that there were no contraindications with the shots I was getting and the medications I was taking. Nurse Martha was knowledgeable and confident in her work. I appreciate the excellent service, and I am happy with the service provided at the Upland location.
