Very rude appointment staff. Had my appointment rescheduled without confirming a new time with me first. Called back multiple times to try and reschedule so I could avoid the $75.00 fee. Sydney was very rude. Used limited worded responses and couldn't seemed to be bothered with helping me reschedule my appointment that they changed not even a week before and that I had already paid for in advanced months ago. Couldn't seemed to be bother doing any bare minimum manners.
Do not go here unless you plan to spend around $500 for the yellow fever vaccine, you can get it way cheaper at Walgreens locations. They do not share their price online before hand and ask for your card information upon booking an appointment. Luckily I called to confirm the price before hand. Going to Walgreens to pay $200 instead.
My husband and I had a great experience working with Jake! He was very thoughtful and thorough and made us feel at ease with our upcoming trip. He also is gentle with his shots, which is a big plus😂!
