Attendant was kind but process lacked pricing transparency. Dishonest, felt scammy. Charged $100 PER CHILD for “consultation” regardless of their age (aka the infant and toddler were charged $100 too) and even though we came as a family for a specific yellow fever vaccine their dr recommended. This fee was not shared upfront when we made the appointment, but charged after. The cost of the vaccines were marked up by $60 each, which we learned after calling around to other pharmacies. Great experience! Knowledgeable and capable.
Passport Health guided me through the vaccinations and medications I’d need for a trip abroad. The nurse with whom I met was knowledgeable, walking me through all of my options so that I could make a thoroughly informed decision about what to get. I was very pleased with my experience at their Tacoma office!
They were very friendly and helpful.
