Passport Health in Round Rock, Texas, is as unprofessional as it can possibly get. The misinformation we received was extremely unprofessional and the ""nurse"" who had no shame in trying to take full advantage of us was completely unkempt. She was going to charge us $1,044.00 for 2 vaccines that we ended up getting at Walgreens for $271.00. I cannot believe they are in business. Bottom line: when it comes to Passport Health don't walk away....RUN!!!
I feel like I just got scammed! I thought this was the only way to get a yellow fever vaccine (not covered by insurance) pre-travel. I paid $522 for a consultation and the vaccine, which felt like an astronomical amount. Unfortunately, after researching it post-appointment I realized I could have received the vaccine from a local pharmacy for around $225. BEWARE! Do not sign up for an appointment with them! They do not accept insurance, create a 48 hour cancellation window and then 24 hours before the appointment, they inform you you will have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket. Run from this company!
Went in for a yellow fever shot (Stamaril) D17 Dec 2020. After 7 days developed itchy red hives all over my body. Lost of sleep for many days after three months, developed rash on genitals on penis. Request for refund and seeking lawyer.
Do not use this company! They did not deliver mine or my husbands test results. They don't answer their phones or return calls. They had one job to do and failed. They took $500 for these tests and did not deliver. Thousands and thousands of dollars lost in our travel plans.
Very dishonest , I went for travel vaccine , the nurse just took my blood pressure and charged me $140.00. NO vaccine, worst medical office I ever visited DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !
We live in the State of Connecticut and are getting ready for our travels. We-my wife and I- have had a very bad experience with this company. Very rude, nasty even and very uncooperative operators. We would not recommend this company and its services to anyone.
