I had a very disappointing experience with Passport Health. They charged over $500 for a vaccine, but when I submitted the invoice to my insurance, it was rejected because the bill didn’t list the correct “Rendering Provider.” My insurance specifically requested an update, but Passport Health refused to make this simple adjustment (just adding the nurse’s name) so I could file my claim. Horrible customer service, they will lie to you about your insurance covering their billing, like other places. Then bill using travel codes vs preventative medicine codes so you can't be reimbursed. Do youself a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else is better than this place. They will also try to upsell you items you don't need for travel, saying you need to spray your luggage and clothes in locations where its not necessary. This place is a scam. If i could give them negative stars i would.
