Information given regarding our travel plans were clear, and understandable. All our questions were answered in a clear manner. Highly recommend to others.
My experience is related to Yellow Fever vaccination. The service is OK. But you are not going to be talking to a doctor, this is handled by a nurse. She does seem to know what she is talking about, but she is not a doctor, even though the claim is that she is, and the charge for a 10 minute consultation is $100. The charge for the shot is also is a ripoff. If you are less then 60 years old you don't need a consultation, you can get the shot at Walgreens or Costco for almost half the price. Sarah is an outstanding nurse. She provided us with detailed information about immunizations, travel safety, and other important health tips during the trip. We also received our shots from her, and she administered them so gently that we didn’t feel any pain.
Sarah did a great job of explaining all my options and what the vaccines were for. I went away educated and prepared for my travel!
Passport health was informative, efficient and we enjoyed the experience.
