The building was locked. I couldn’t get in so my I was very frustrated with the 15 minutes wait. It took 3 calls to get someone local on the phone to let me in. Michelle, the nurse was 5 star.
Michelle was very informative. She explained absolutely everything, and beyond. She was very professional, but also very friendly. I highly recommend going here if you’re having questions or concerns about an upcoming trip!
Absolutely wonderful experience - So much knowledge that I gained during my appointment today - I will definitely be referring my friends first their future travel needs.
My appointment was at 8:30. I was in with the nurse at 8:06 and she kept me there for 2 1/2 hours listening to her talk about traveling internationally and other information that I need not be there for I felt like I was held hostage till I got my yellow fever shot when I should’ve only been there within 15 minutes in and out I continue to tell her that I was only coming in for the yellow fever shot and I’ve already read about all the other shots so need not listen but she refused to listen to me and give me the shot until I... read more
