I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. They sent my prescription to the wrong location, and when I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, there was little to no empathy or urgency shown. Because of their mistake and lack of follow-through, I did not receive my medication in time for my trip. Very friendly and welcoming. I was in and out in no time.
The staff was extremely polite and helpful 10/10 on that front. However, the company itself is a money grab. I probably should’ve done more research before booking because after a very informative and helpful conversation about the recommended vaccines for my travels I was greeted with a $5,000 bill. $1,000 for hep A&B, $1,300 for rabies, the list goes on.
