Very bad customer services. I emailed them asking them to help me fill out an insurance claim. My insurer gave me pdf they needed the doctor to fill out. They did not respond to my emails, despite me following up. This cost me hundreds of dollars because I was unable to complete my claim filing Edit: instead of replying to my email or my health insurance provider, they just replied to this review saying they were sorry. Very disingenuous, and I’m still down hundreds of dollars.
I had a very detailed and informative consultation along with getting my vaccines. The nurse was friendly and well traveled so she offered some great tips on travel safety.
