They changed the location of my appointment without notifying me. When we got there, there was a sign on the door that said it was locked & they wouldn't be there until the appointment time. So we waited for 30 minutes, then finally called the phone number to ask if they were coming. & Then said they were going to charge a $75 no show fee because we weren’t at the other location (even though I had written confirmations of the location we were at).
