They changed the location of my appointment without notifying me. When we got there, there was a sign on the door that said it was locked & they wouldn't be there until the appointment time. So we waited for 30 minutes, then finally called the phone number to ask if they were coming. & Then said they were going to charge a $75 no show fee because we weren’t at the other location (even though I had written confirmations of the location we were at). They didn’t make it clear that they don’t accept medical insurance until after the appointment. I couldn’t afford the vaccines so I paid $114 for an appointment I didn’t need. All the information I was given was not useful since it’s on the CDC website and I had gone over it already. They don’t make their appointment prices, vaccine prices, or the fact that they don’t accept medical insurance clear on their website, or beforehand. Complete waste of time and money.
I wish I would have done more research and read the reviews. While it was a pleasant experience and we got a quick appointment, this is literally double the price. For the evaluation and yellow fever vaccination, we paid $555! Shame on me for trusting that they would at least be comparable to other places, shame on them for gouging customers and responding to reviews that they are continually evaluations their pricing. Ridiculous!

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is ripping people off. My son needed shots for his mission to Ghana and they charged double the cost of the county. I didn’t realize this until he was there getting it done. Tried to stop it but it was too late. They also charge an office visit. I’ll fight to get my insurance to help but I doubt it. Our healthcare system is full of dishonest people like this who know you won’t ask any questions. Hopefully this review helps you save money.
