I want to start by saying that the provider I met with was kind and professional. My concerns are with Passport Health's business model, not her personally. The appointment felt more like a sales pitch than a medical consultation. For example, one of the medications discussed had a potential interaction with a prescription I take, could not be filled at the appointment, and I was told to talk to my primary care physician about it.
