The clinic provides excellent customer service and is very helpful.
The travel consult here felt like a sales pitch. The nurse spent the majority of the time trying to sell me a bunch of supplements and medications. They also recommended several vaccines whose pamphlets specifically said were only needed for certain areas of the country (that I wasn't going to). When I tried to ask any questions about which specific areas of a country a given vaccine was recommended for, they would evade my question and just try to sell me on getting everything they recommend "just in case".
